Two Cheeseburgers, with Everything

Claes Oldenburg (1929), Burlap soaked in plaster, painted with enamel.

At first sight, the image actually looks appetizing since cheeseburgers are rich with juicy flavors. You instantly notice the lush ingredients and tempting colors. Its size and duplicity further adds to the hunger and craving. However, it then reminded me of the typical fast-food cuisine filled with saturated fats and nutritional neglect. Nonetheless, it makes a great advertisement for travelers and spectators, convincing them to consume the delectable meal.
